The band notices
An ordinary moment at home, but his body is saying something else. The band picks up the change and steps in right then.
A screenless band worn all day. It reads your body’s signals, and when it sees signs of a craving for smoking or drugs it steps in right away with a gentle vibration and a breathing exercise, and lets your doctor and the person you chose know.

Many people want to quit smoking or drugs without going into rehab. Cravings arrive suddenly, at home or at work, with nobody around. Heka is built for exactly that moment.

An ordinary moment at home, but his body is saying something else. The band picks up the change and steps in right then.
If he doesn’t respond in time, the person he chose gets an alert, and he answers from the app.
Every intervention and every answer is logged, so the doctor sees when cravings rise and how the patient handles them.
An optical window reads the pulse continuously.
Two gold electrodes measure sweat activity.
A metal pad measures skin temperature.
Detection and intervention work with no phone or internet; data syncs later.
No screen, no sound, so nobody around you notices.
No exposed ports, with a target battery life of 3 to 5 days.
Vibration, a breathing exercise and a notification to the patient.
Answers in the app within the window: done, later, or I can’t right now.
With no confirmation, the person the patient chose is alerted.
If there’s still no action, a second contact and the doctor are alerted.
The window depends on risk: 15 minutes for high, one hour for medium, three hours for low.
